My room had a lovely sea view. swimming in the sea was safe. Lifeguards kept a watchful eye on swimmers. the pool was huge. It was very clean. the massage i had was amazing.
The location is amazing though the hotel really needs some refurbishing. the bathrooms of the rooms smell like sewage all the time. the rooms are very old. I found this unpleasant.

I appreciated the upgraded room I received. It was beautiful. The service at the hotel was notably good, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Breakfast included a buffet with a great deal of choice. I found many delicious options. The location near two nice beaches was a plus. I appreciated the convenience.

The swimming pool is a large size. It looked clean and well kept. The pathway from reception to the restaurant provides a reflexology experience because of its design. I noticed a well kept garden area.

The hotel sits very near two beaches. This provides easy access. I observed the open weather deck of the restaurant that reminded me of a ship's bridge. The ocean view from the hotel deck space is very excellent.

My room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The rooms are well kept, and there is constant cleaning, I noticed. Everything was functional. I had no issues .

The breakfast buffet had a good selection. I found plenty to enjoy. The Sri Lankan cuisine was authentic. I especially enjoyed those options. Plates and cutlery arrived in less than 10 minutes after I asked restaurant staff.

The staff answered the telephone in fewer than three rings each time I called. The front office team was attentive and polite. They were quite friendly. I received ice cubes in my room in under ten minutes. That was quick.

The location featured sandy beaches all around. It seemed like paradise. Breakfast had a great variety. I found many delicious options to start my day.
I got a Superior Double Room Sea View. It was late by two hours, and I had to complain to the manager to get access at all! THE bathroom in the family room was not clean at all.

The whole resort had a really cute vibe. the staff, especially at the buffet, were friendly (i always appreciate a good conversation). i especially remember the pastry chef, a true gentleman. it was an amazing stay.
The music from the bar was quite loud. even at mid-morning, it was difficult to hear the waves. I could barely read on my balcony. it was like a low-quality disco, a bit disappointing as i wanted a quiet retreat.

our superior double room had good furnishings and a spacious balcony. the room was large enough with enough space for our luggage and provided comfortable seating. we enjoyed spending time on the balcony, especially in the evenings.
